MA NET: Section 10

Section 10 is primarily a road-walk (starting at Federal Street) until reaching the Scarborough Pond Conservation Area. Hikers will travel 1.7 miles along Gulf Road.

This section is the first of 6 relocated Metacomet-Monadnock Trail relocations from private land, and represents the longest road walk on the trail in Massachusetts.  After reaching Scarborough Pond Conservation Area, the trail returns to the woods and hills of Cadwell Forest toward the summit of Mt. Lincoln.
