CT NET: Section 16

This trail section offers some unique highlights and great views. Pinnacle Rock in Plainville and Rattlesnake Cliffs in Farmington are great places to sit and enjoy the view from the traprock ridge. Will Warren’s Den, a legendary hermit’s cave formed from a jumble of huge boulders, is a historic Farmington landmark. The trail crosses the Hill-Stead Museum property, a country home that features a collection of French impressionist paintings and beautiful gardens.
