Description

The terrain along this section includes steep, rugged climbs over loose rock, but spectacular views are the reward. In Hubbard Park climb East and West Peak. The park also features Castle Craig, the round stone observation tower of native traprock built by local stonemasons in 1900.  Views of Sleeping Giant Mountain Range and Long Island Sound are possible on clear days. The park also features the beautiful Merimere Reservoir and many side trails.
